Adjust Mocap Data
If you need to modify captured motion data before streaming or exporting, please use a set of tools under the 'Additional' tab in the 'Data Adjustment' section.
Once motion capture is completed and the session ends, you will not be able to modify the motion data retroactively. Make sure to apply adjustments during the live session.
Mirror Mode

Enabling the 'Mirror' option will flip the motion data horizontally, reversing the actor’s left and right sides.
This is especially useful if you're filming in front of a screen and want the movements to mirror naturally from the viewer’s perspective.
Inplace Mode

By enabling 'Inplace', the actor or character will remain fixed at the center of the mocap zone, even while moving.
This is ideal for stationary captures or when working in tight spaces where you want to limit movement translation while preserving animation fidelity.
Control Offset

Clicking the 'Control Offset' button allows you to adjust the base posture of the actor or character by fine-tuning joint angles. You can adjust head, upper body, lower body, hands, and so on.
This feature is available in both actor-only mode and when retargeting to a custom character.
Finger angles can also be adjusted in this section—but only if you are using third-party gloves.
Modifying finger joints is more complex than other body parts due to their sensitivity and high articulation. If you need to change the finger’s base pose, we recommend using the 'Hand Rest Pose' setting instead. For details, refer to the Set Hand Rest Pose page.
