Step 1. Connect Device
MOVIN TRACIN and MOVIN Studio communicate via a direct Ethernet connection. Please follow the steps below to ensure a stable connection between your device and PC.
How to Connect MOVIN TRACIN to MOVIN Studio
Connect MOVIN TRACIN to your computer with the Ethernet cable.

Use the provided Ethernet cable to connect MOVIN TRACIN directly to your computer.
Avoid connecting through routers or network devices, as this may cause communication errors.
If your computer does not have enough Ethernet ports, use a USB to Ethernet Adapter to maintain a direct connection.
Provide the power to MOVIN TRACIN.

Connect the power cable to the MOVIN TRACIN power port
Wait about 1 to 1.5 minutes until the front indicator turns green.
If the indicator does not turn on or continues blinking, unplug the power jack and reconnect it. This reset process usually resolves most power-related issues.
Configure the Network Settings on your PC.

Open Windows Search and type “View Network Connections” to access the network settings
Alternatively, navigate to:
Control Panel > Network and Internet > Network and Sharing Center > Change Adapter Settings
Search and navigate to 'View Network Connections'. Right-click the Ethernet or Local Area Connection icon and select Properties.
Right-click the 'Ethernet' icon and select 'Properties'. Double-click “Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)”.
Select 'Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)'. Select “Use the following IP address” and enter the following details, and click OK to save:
IP Address:
192.168.2.77
Subnet Mask:
255.255.255.0
Set IP address and subnet mask manually. This configuration is saved and doesn’t need to be repeated. If you need to use the Ethernet port for the Internet later, return to Step 3-4 and select “Obtain an IP address automatically.”
Click 'Check Connection' to confirm the communication.

In MOVIN Studio, click the 'Check Connection' button in the center of the screen.

If the connection is successful:
A popup saying 'Device setup for TRACIN is completed' will appear and you can proceed to the next step.
Click the 'Gotcha!' button in the center to continue to the next step.
Troubleshoot connection issues
If the connection fails, you will not proceed to the next step. In this case, please check the following two items.
Check that indicator on the front of MOVIN TRACIN is emitting a steady green light, not blinking.
If the indicator is off or continues to blink, disconnect and reconnect the power cable. This process resets temporary boot errors; most power-related issues can be resolved through this procedure.
Check the access 192.168.2.100:8001 in your internet browser.
If the page is accessible but MOVIN Studio does not proceed to the next step, disconnect and reconnect the power cable.
If 192.168.2.100:8001 is not accessible, please check if your situation falls under these cases:
Verify that MOVIN Studio is updated to the latest version.
Confirm that MOVIN TRACIN and your computer are directly connected via LAN cable. As emphasized earlier, connection through network devices such as routers may cause device recognition failure or connection errors.
Check if your network settings are properly configured with Configure the Network Settings on your PC. .
If your computer has two or more LAN ports, check that network settings have been applied to the port directly connected to MOVIN TRACIN.
